The Tippie Pup Winners!

Storyline: Photos of the four winners of the contest from Tippie and Cap Stubbs Four Color #210 (January 1949) with the puppies they won as prizes. Winners were Henry Stein of Philadelphia, Pa.; Nancy Lee Williamson of Martinsville, Va.; Patrick Dunleavy of St. Paul, Minn.; and Marston H. Tuck of Atlanta, Ga.

Storyline: Cap's friend's mother can't handle her daughter's piano practicing.

Storyline: Gran'ma Bailey has to take care of Aunt Emmy because Emmy's husband, Uncle Jeff, is running for mayor. She has to take Cap and Tippie along. The pair get mixed up in a plot by Pete Bragg, Uncle Jeff's opponent for mayor, to frame Uncle Jeff for stealing bonds.
