Storyline: Gala Poochie and a turtle get into a tail-biting contest.
Storyline: Rootie turns a throw rug into a magic carpet with his magic kazootie and goes on an aerial tour of the city with Gala Poochie, ending up at a baseball game.
Storyline: Rootie writes a story about a dog who changes places with a king and reads it to Gala Poochie.
Storyline: Dottie wants to paint Rootie's picture, but he is trying to get ready to play in a baseball game.
Storyline: Rootie shows off his zoo of nonsensical animals, like the bulletproof "Gelf" who hops through the woods and catches hunters' bullets and throws them back.
Storyline: Rootie dresses as a girl to get accepted into Polka Dottie's all-girl club. Dottie finds out about the plan and puts Rootie through an unpleasant initiation.
Storyline: Unable to find Rootie at a crowded beach, Dottie pretends to be lost to get his attention.
Storyline: Dottie is gone on vacation, so Rootie drinks two sodas, one for him and one for her.
