Storyline
Emma is having nightmares about dark secrets. Beast recruits Japanese geneticist Yuriko Takiguchi to the Science Team; Piotr turns on his "employers" and rescues the Russian girls they were trafficking. Scott opens the Graymalkin compound to refugee former mutants.
Story Notes
Dr. Yuriko Takiguchi was previously seen in Godzilla #24 (1979).
Takiguchi mentions how in the past he was involved with the "Green Team". This is in reference to his time with S.H.I.E.L.D. in their efforts to stop Godzilla.
On his island Takiguchi had created humanoid crab monsters as a defence system. This was the product of his genetic research. We also see how he created a giant monster similar to Godzilla called Leviathan.
